I have a new electrical contractor in California witrh a payroll estimated at least  $1,200,000. I need this ASAP.

This is a new venture but he also has majority ownership in another electrical contractor with an exmod of .59

I need to place this insurance. The client does not want a PEO.

Not sure the reasoning behind not wanting PEO but if you want a proposal from a workers comp focused, premium reducing, fiscally sound PEO that owns its TPA, and writes A paper, I can help you.

Its better than the State Fund and maybe there are some misconceptions about what we do and how we do it.

My name is Adrian with SouthEast Personnel Leasing. Even if you dont want me to propose this one, keep me in mind for State Fund type clients. We will win you the business. 727-534-5421 is my cell and adrian.s@spli.com is my email.

Not familiar with CA guidelines, but in NJ sounds like two companies may be combinable if same person has majority interest.
