Back Workers Comp Providers for Ocean Lifeguards in New Jersey

I own an LLC in New Jersey which trains, hires, and manages ocean lifeguards and badge checkers for private beaches in NJ. I was a minority co-owner of a company that supplied the same services for 7 years, and this year left to form my own, with more strict standards of training and management. While partnered in the original company I believe the majority owner didn’t ever bother searching for anything other than the NJ State workers comp plan, with the highest rates. I’m searching for workers comp providers who are willing to understand the details of my work, and the high safety standards that my employees follow.

Every lifeguard hired must be certified through the USLA (United States Lifesaving Association), and through either the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute In First Aid, CPR/AED, Oxygen Administration, Blood Borne Pathogens, and supply a doctors report of good health.

If you know of any WC insurance providers who may handle my field, I’d greatly appreciate the knowledge.
